Datil-Deviled Eggs
Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce gives the classic deviled egg appetizer a unique twist providing the added flavor of sweet with a little heat.
Ingredients

6 Large eggs, hard boiled and peeled

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp prepared mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Paprika for garnishing
Instructions

Hard boil eggs: Add eggs to a pot of water, bring water to a boil- reduce heat or remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes. Drain and cool eggs in ice water and peel.

Once hard-boiled and cooled, half the eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.

Place yolks in a small bowl and mash with fork. Stir in mayo and mustard and add salt and pepper (to taste) along with 1 tbsp (more if desired) of Minorcan Mike’s datil pepper sauce. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish with pimentos and paprika. Cover and refrigerate.
