Give your breakfast a unique kick when you add Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Salsa or Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce

(or both!) to your egg burrito.

Ingredients

Determine amount of ingredients according to taste and the number of burritos you’re serving. We like
to use at least 3 eggs per burrito.

• Eggs

• Breakfast sausage

• Green bell pepper, chopped

• Onion, chopped

• Shredded cheese, Mexican or Cheddar

• Flour tortilla

• Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Salsa and/or Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce

Instructions

1. Brown breakfast sausage in skillet and put aside.

2. In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion until onion is translucent.

3. Scramble eggs in with veggies.

4. Add sausage back into skillet to warm.

5. Place egg scramble onto a flour tortilla and top with shredded cheese.

6. Finally, either before wrapping tortilla, after wrapping – or both! – add Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Salsa and/or Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce, to taste.
