Datil Camping Scramble
Take Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce on your next camping trip to enjoy a gourmet datil egg scramble for breakfast. Chances are, you’re going to like these eggs so much you’ll be making them every Sunday for breakfast too.
Ingredients

Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce to taste

Olive oil/cooking spray (coconut oil works great)

4 medium potatoes (chopped and sautéed via camping stove)

Shredded Cheese of choice (optional)

6 slices bacon
-
1 bunch green onions (chopped)

4 eggs
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

Paprika for garnishing
Instructions

Cut up the potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.

Cut the bacon into bite sized pieces and fry until crisp. Pour off 1/2 the fat and then add the potatoes and onions.

Fry until slightly browned. Add the 4 eggs. Season with the salt and pepper. Stir until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with shredded cheese of choice (optional).
