🌶 Datil Pepper Shrimp Stir-Fry


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 zucchini, sliced

  • 1 cup snap peas

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • Cooked rice, for serving

  • Green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish


Instructions:


  1. Marinate the Shrimp:In a bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with Minorcan Mike’s Datil Sauce. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Sauté the Veggies:In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and snap peas. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until they begin to soften but still have some crunch.

  3. Cook the Shrimp:Push the vegetables to the sides of the pan and add the shrimp to the center. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked.

  4. Add Flavor:Stir in minced garlic, soy sauce, and a splash of sesame oil. Mix everything together and cook for an additional minute.
