This is our newest Datil Pepper product! Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Rub and Seasoning is the perfect compliment to pork, chicken, beef, seafood to omletes and salads. This rub includes datil peppers, adding a unique flavor of sweet with a little heat. There's nothing like it!  
 
Directions: Sprinkle liberally on food surfaces. If using a smoker or slow cooker, rub in with your fingertips and let meat sit for 3+ hours to overnight in the fridge before cooking. Cook long and slow according to your recipe, then enjoy!
